QuietWeb does not:

• Track you across websites.

We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics only if you opt in, to help improve extension performance and functionality. These statistics cannot be used to identify you.

How We Use Permissions

QuietWeb only requests the minimum permissions needed for its features to work:

• Tabs & Website Data — Used locally on your device to modify or filter content according to your settings. This data never leaves your device.

• Storage — Used to save your QuietWeb preferences in your browser.

We never use these permissions to monitor or track your activity.

Data Sharing

We do not share your data with third parties. Period.

Third-Party Services

If you purchase a paid version of QuietWeb through the Chrome Web Store or other payment provider, payment information is handled securely by that provider (e.g., Google or Stripe). QuietWeb does not store payment details.

If we update our Privacy Policy, we will post the changes here and update the “Last Updated” date.
